Contact

One address reaches every desk at front of house — support, billing, privacy and moderation.

Write to the box office

Email [email protected] and include: the account email you use on MegaBio (for account questions), the page or job you are writing about, and a plain description of the issue or request.

Moderation reports

Spotted content you believe involves a real person without consent, or anyone underage? Email the same address with the page URL. Those reports jump the queue — the moderation policy explains what happens next.

Privacy requests

Access, correction and deletion requests run under the privacy policy. Write from the address on the account so we can verify the request is yours.
